My dog, Butter had her first boarding experience with Cozipawz and am so very glad I found Maxine! I was rather desperate as my vacation was getting nearer and Butter was rejected by a few sitters as they felt she needed too much attention. Luckily, I chanced upon Cozipawz's website. What caught my attention was, Cozipawz only takes in 1 dog at a time. From a personal note, I read that as dedication and sincerity to care for my dog. Hence, I decided to give it a try. During the call, I shared with Maxine all my concerns about Butter and to my surprise, Maxine answered all my questions and doubts and even accepted Butter confidently.
During the meet and greet, Maxine's home is very neat and tidy. With Butter, I could see Maxine has all it takes to handle a challenging dog. She takes the time to understand Butter's background and explained to us why and how to manage her. Thanks to her experience and background, Maxine understands dog behavior very well, is very patience and uses rewards as the learning techniques.
In additional, Maxine is very reliable in following through what is required and spent quality time with Butter during her stay. Butter was there for 9 days, Maxine taught her many things. And indeed, Butter came back totally calmer, walks much steadily on her leash and listen to verbal cue better. Although the stay was a month ago, Maxine is still helping me with questions I have regards to Butter.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her boarding service. Thank you so much, Maxine for taking such great care of Butter and auntie for keeping her entertained during those afternoons!! I hope you enjoyed Butter's companion too as am pretty sure you will see her again!

我的狗Kelly 是新加坡領養的流浪犬，由於我們常常旅行，以前會讓她去不一樣的狗旅館，每次車子一來接她，因為她不願意上車，我總是要拖著她或抱著她上車，看到她在車上的眼神讓我感到難過，好像我們要拋棄她。
直的去了Cozipawz,一切都改觀了，當她看到來接的人，頭也不回的開心跳到車上，我以為我又要難過的跟她說再見，看來她恨不得趕快去，都不想理我~哈哈！
當他們送Kelly 回來時，她又想跑回接送的車子，可以感覺Kelly 在Cozipawz玩的很快樂，而且我在國外還可以在face book看到Kelly的動態，很讓人開心！

This is the second time I've left Ninja with Cozipawz and I can always travel with an ease of mind as I know Ninja has company most of the time, if not 24/7. Ninja is a pretty stubborn dog and refuses to eat when he doesn't see my family and I'm happy that he was eating well during his stay. I'm also glad that Ninja was able to socialise with other dogs during the Dog Walk. If not for Cozipawz, I would have to leave him at the Pet Hotel which has horrible reviews. Cozipawz will definitely be my first choice whenever I have to travel! Thanks Cozipawz for taking good care of Ninja!

When i had to go for a trip in december, my greatest worry was where to put my super spoilt furry baby, Cash! She was never away from home without the care of a family member.
I was particular about making sure that she wont be locked up in a cage the whole time. Second criteria was to find someone who would be patient enough to keep a watch out for her as she was kind of timid.
I was really happy to come across Cozipaws! I knew i made the right decision after seeing how happy Cash was after the daycare i sent her to just few weeks before the actual trip.
I was glad and comforted that Maxine was actually very patient with Cash's troublesome eating habits. Also receiving pictures of the furry through the day was a really nice touch and indeed helped to set my heart at ease!
During the trip, i had no doubt that my girl was taken good care off!
In my opinion, Cozipaws provided a great boarding service. The place is clean and it's not over-crowded with too many dogs at one time. The care-giver is trust-worthy and patient too! *thumbs up*
Will definitely bring Cash over the next time we leave town!

Hana is a one year old hyperactive, playful, greedy and energetic girl who I had to leave back in Sg during my one week travel. I entrusted her care to Maxine at Cozipaws and boy did she love it!! Not only were there several other good friends like Rusty for her to play with, she was taken to the Pet Expo, given thrice daily walks and nice treats! They even took the initiative to mix extra ingredients into Hana's food bowl for that extra variety. At the end of one week, I notice that she was more cooperative at walks, gained weight and although she was excited to see me again, she was upset to leave Cozipaws too! I was afraid of her being bored in a pet hotel and this proved to be an inexpensive and excellent boarding choice! Thumbs up to Cozipaws

My Present misses friends and walking time in cozipawz. look how bored he is when back home! Will definitely choose cozipawz again when we are away! ^^

In the past my family could go on vacations without a second thought, but after adopting Max, I worried about leaving him alone at home alone even for hours. So going on long trips was pretty much out of the question.
I'm glad I was recommended to Cozipaws as the service rendered really gave me a peace of mind when my family and I decided to go on a vacation that spanned 9 days. Maxine provided daily photo/video updates and meticulously medicated my dog as per instructions - he had just visited the vet due to an allergic reaction and was prescribed a whole bunch of meds.
It was a bonus that she had an extensive knowledge in animal care and even went the extra mile in recommending what to feed my dog after knowing he has skin issues. I could tell that she genuinely cared for every dog that was boarding at her place.
Maxine also made the effort to walk the dogs every day, which was great because my dog loves the outdoors. After Max returned, I could see a difference when I took him out for walks. He was able to walk longer distances without getting distracted or circling, which are some of his stubborn habits. Walking him is more fun now thanks to Cozipaws.
Should we travel overseas again, I would definitely choose Cozipaws.Their professionalism and meticulousness made being apart from from my fuzzy furball much easier.

I am very satisfied with Cozipawz’s services so far. It is a fun and loving second home for my dog as she gets to enjoy lots of exercise, play and socialising with other dogs. I can board my dog at Cozipawz without any worry or concern as I know that she will be well taken care of. Maxine really loves dogs and she does take some amazing photos which she sends to me throughout the day to give me a live update of what my dog has been doing. It gives me comfort and joy to see that my dog is really enjoying herself at Cozipawz.
